Dr. Mariano took time with us and listened to our concerns. We came up with a plan that we all agreed to try.
Christine Mariano is Great. She listened to my story of hurting my foot and knew what was going on. The front desk check in person and the woman who took me back to my room both needed to be WAY more friendly. Or drink some coffee and be a little perkier. They Made me feel unwelcomed. I get that it’s 7:30am But A smile goes a long way and I wasn’t the first person there. North Point check in People always greet with a smile. Just saying.
