This office quite literally never answers their phone. I have called several times now to get an appointment scheduled for my fiance asap to have his tb skin test read that needs to be read within 48-72 hours from it being done, and I am forced to leave a voicemail. Leave a voicemail and no one calls me back. This is getting extremely outrageous and considering not having him return to this office ever again.
I'm so glad I found her again. She has always treat me with great professionalism. She asks all of the necessary questions and gets to the point. Love that my phone calls are always returned by her staff.
Christina was the 1st "doc" I saw after being without insurance for several years. I was so excited to be able to get heathcare and go to the doctor again. My appointment was in March 2021. Her staff was cold, but not a deal breaker. Then she came in, she was also cold. No bedside manner or warmth at all. Still not a deal breaker if she was a good doc.
