we spent an hour just in the waiting room where the ac wasn’t working and my 9month old baby is in helmet therapy, so she was sweating really badly. Upon asking the staff what is going on and how much longer will we have to wait, the answer was just that the doctor is a bit behind(at that point we were the only ones in the waiting room, everyone who came after us, was already called to the back) Sure enough, there was a nice breeze coming out of the nurses area.
