Dr. Shaffer listened. As a patient, that is most critical. I had 8 days before suffered a debilitating incident of Vertigo. I had a list of questions. I read and addressed each of my concerns. She confidently responded to each, especially regarding questions about medicines I take. She has a wonderful, warm personality while comporting herself very professionally. As a teacher for decades, if there is more than an A+, Dr. Shaffer deserves it. Blessings.
