Super down to earth service, the lovely sales staff and seamstress made my purchase and alterations so easy. A flawless process from start to finish. Highly recommend getting your dress from Christina Rossi !
Unless you want additional stress added to your wedding planning, I recommend staying away from this shop. I was very disappointed with my experience. I went in and bought a dress off the rack 3 months before the wedding because they reassured me the that the alterations we needed would be done in that time period. However, I had multiple appointments cancelled at the last minute with no notice, due to the personal circumstances of the tailor. Thank you to Christina Rossi for bringing my vision to life and customising the perfect dress! I was nervous at first to see if they would understand my vision and they absolutely nailed it. I had a great experience and put my trust in Christina Rossi and they didn’t disappoint.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Agreed to do alterations on a dress bought here 3 months in advance of a wedding - so many excuses as to why it wasn’t ready and kept pushing back the collection time to the week of the wedding! If not for MaryAnne (Godsend) at the sister store in Sydney, would have not had a dress to wear. Spend your money elsewhere!
If negative 5 was an option I would have chosen that! Brides to be, STAY AWAY! This place will ruin your special day. You’ve been warned.
