I had my first appointment (physical) today with Christina. I was extremely nervous, because I have been seeing the same provider for many years who I am no longer able to see. She immediately understood my nervousness. I felt much more comfortable throughout my appointment because she truly took the time to thoroughly address all my concerns. Post-appointment, I am feeling confident in my health plan, and overall validated.
