Absolute worst office in existence. Never met more rude people in my life.
Front desk keeps hanging up on me.
Dr. Nguyen is an Excellent Doctor! Unfortunately the front office staff are completely opposite-they are HORRIBLE to deal with.They are lazy and never answer the phones, they say you can text them but they rarely respond. Dr. Nguyen wanted me back within the next week for treatment of my migraines and the front office staff disregarded her orders and made me wait several weeks to go back. I have tried to follow up with them to come in sooner and they will not respond to voice mails or texts. My insurance has also called them... read more
