Tried to get an appointment, but they won't see me because I missed an appointment *a decade ago*. Ah well, really glad I learned how much they don't care about patients now before I established a relationship.
I have had over 20 years of excellent service with this practice. All staff and Drs have always been very kind and professional. I trust them with my gynecology needs!
Dr. Midkiff has always made me feel safe in my pregnancy, she always takes me serious! and her office is phenomenal! Would always recommend
I love Dr. Midkiff but she’s got to do something about her unprofessional staff. It’s almost as if they don’t want her to see patients. I walk into the OFallon office today for an appointment and immediately met by a new front desk person with negative energy.
