I have always had a great experience during my appointments, but trying to get a hold of someone on the phone is near impossible and extremely frustrating. I’ve been seeing Dr. Midkiff and her staff for 20 years now. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I normally see Deanna Moorman who is always so kind, patient and I never feel rushed. Dr. Midkiff has performed a few procedures for me the last couple of years and she always is so great about taking the time to answer questions, explain the procedure and the results in great detail. The office is run efficiently and I feel like my nurse practitioner really listens and cares about my overall health and wellness.
Staff is absolutely fantastic and very friendly. Always smiling and helpful.
