I love Dr. Midkiff but she’s got to do something about her unprofessional staff. It’s almost as if they don’t want her to see patients. I walk into the OFallon office today for an appointment and immediately met by a new front desk person with negative energy. I had been seeing Deanna for my annual exams for almost a decade and she is amazing, patient, kind, intelligent (she's the only reason this office is getting any stars). I began seeing Dr. Midkiff when I got pregnant but I switched to another practice at 20 weeks. I was getting mixed information from her and another nurse practitioner which made me unsettled. First off I schedule my yearly appointment for the next year at my well woman exam every year. However, when I called to see when my appointment was in February the said I didn't have an appointment. First strike, then had to reschedule which was for May 12, and I get there and they won't see me because I didn't have my insurance card. (I have never had to have my insurance card until today!
