I had been seeing Deanna for my annual exams for almost a decade and she is amazing, patient, kind, intelligent (she's the only reason this office is getting any stars). First off I schedule my yearly appointment for the next year at my well woman exam every year. However, when I called to see when my appointment was in February the said I didn't have an appointment. First strike, then had to reschedule which was for May 12, and I get there and they won't see me because I didn't have my insurance card. (I have never had to have my insurance card until today! I have always had a great experience during my appointments, but trying to get a hold of someone on the phone is near impossible and extremely frustrating. I’ve been trying to get a prescription filled for a few months now but no one will answer the phone. Update: I changed my 3 star review to 1 star. I’ve been seeing Dr. Midkiff and her staff for 20 years now. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I normally see Deanna Moorman who is always so kind, patient and I never feel rushed.
