Waited 2.5 weeks for a return call. Then went through a “screening” with numerous questions, first being my insurance. Got a call back 8 days after the screening to say I was approved and have been accepted as a new patient. Then called back 7 days later asking me to call back in September if I’m still looking to get counseling as she cannot take me now. Waste of a month when I could have been looking!!
