We had a disappointing experience with real estate agent Christina Pierson. The property was not disclosed as being sold “as-is”, which led to significant confusion and misaligned expectations, as well as simply unethical. Additionally, the listing included incorrect details—specifically, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms was wrong. Real estate agent Christima did not seem to want to bother with us she was in too much of a hurry and gave us run around and very rude on the phone when I confronted her about it , she said she didn't care.
Good job on the technical part of selling the property, but I was, against my better judgement, talked into paying for the BUYER's agent fees out of MY profit. Christina then sold it to a buyer she had brought in it herself, so she pocketed thousands of dollars I could have saved if I stood my ground on paying for the buyers agent. Not very happy about this massive loss I suffered by being pressured into paying for someone else's representation.
Chrissy and her team went above and beyond to help us sell our home fast and painlessly. Her communication is top notch and we would definitely work with her again if given the chance. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
