This review could change depending on how my upcoming orthoscopic knee surgery comes out. At this moment I am generously giving this practice a 2 star rating. Why? Because today I was told that I am going to be charged \$15.00 per page for having either Dr. Schwarze or his office fill out my FMLA and work release paperwork. I find this the ultimate in gouging. Dr. Fuentes office is very busy for a reason. She is a good, caring doctor. Her accent may be a little difficult to understand, but that is of little consequence when her knowledge and wisdom are so great.There are times in any physicians practice when a last minute appointment may not be possible. That is not uncommon. However, there is a Wellness Center a couple of doors down from Dr. Fuentes office, and the Emergency Room is just across the street. I don t know who these other reviewers were seeing, but I don t think it was Dr. Patnana. She has always been spot-on with her diagnoses for me. She s referred me to specialists twice, as needed; is very open & knowledgeable; and seems interested in educating & providing patient information. I have a feeling that the detractors are maybe put off by the rushed nature of the clinic as a whole, or are part of the new generation that heads to the doctor at the first cough or sniffle and expect someone to hold your hand for a hea... read more

My first visit with Dr. Rother was indeed pleasant. Professional without an overbearing ego and one someone would like to have as a neighbor. More importantly he s thorough , thoughtful and conscious of the fact that you re time is as valuable as his . You won t find a battle of the the equals here. Truly refreshing and extremely gentle. My mothers friend fell and broke their hip so they were sent here for rehab after leaving Mercy Hospital. One day he had therapy that ran late which put his dialysis late he arrived in the dining room at 6:20 pm to be told he was lucky it wasnt 6:30 or he would not get to eat. Excuse me, youve got to be kidding, great rehab. If it were my father I would have him out of there so fast that theyd feel the breeze from the door.
While Dr. Allphin is an excellent physician, I urge you to be cautious when dealing with his office/billing staff. They informed us we would have a referral appointment for my childs ear tubes. The appointment was to consist of an audiologist evaluation and the physician evaluation. We were given ONE appointment time and arrived as scheduled. I paid the specialist co-pay following the completion of the appointment. Later, I received an additional bill for an ADDITIONAL copay for the audiologist. Apparently, between my insura... read more
one of the nicest and most caring ob-gyn doctors i have ever met. Not to mention every doctor in the office is! they really took care of me and made things feel okay with both of my pregnancies, as well as just great doctors in general!
