I find Dr. Patnana to be rude, arrogant, dismissive, and I do not trust her. She overbilled me alot. I have been a patient of Dr.Parashak for 25 years and was assigned Dr. Patnana when he retired. I am leaving the practice. I have found a new doctor with a good reputation at a new practice.

A very pleasurable experience. He admits he hates paperwork but this has no effect on his bedside manner. I filled out all the paperwork and he signed it for free. He is a great surgeon and explained everything to me in detail. I was very pleased that we tried everything nonsurgical before operating. His staff are the greatest and always promptly returned calls. You would be hard pressed to find a more compassionate doctor.
I was very unhappy and disappointed with my experience with Dr. Patnana. She was very dismissive and arrogant when I gave her my symptoms and she misdiagnosed me. She seemed bothered with my follow up call when I let her know my dermatologists correct diagnosis. (She never asked for me to follow up with her if my symptoms continued!) She also saw no fault in the choice to ignore my request to have a specific culture done during my initial visit. You may want to rethink your choice in a primary care doctor. Dr. Patnana was great. She isnt listed as my primary physician, but was available when my primary was not. She listened to my concerns and explained everything very clearly. She handwrote a prescription for me to fill if things got any worse, but didnt suggest I take them if I didnt want to, or feel that I needed to. As someone who rarely takes meds, I really appreciated that. I think the poor comments on this site are terribly wrong and probably without just cause. My experience was 100% positive and I would recommend her.
I know exactly what doctor I m reviewing! My personal opinion and experience. Bad attitude, blamed everything on my weight,( she didn t diagnose my hypothyroid, never ran proper tests). After being treated by a great doctor, I lost 60lbs. Didn t diagnose my gall bladder disease. Kept insisting my pain was on the wrong side, so it wasn t a gall stone. It turned out to be the size of a hen s egg! Very demeaning and dismissive. Nothing to like, nothing to trust. I left as soon as my insurance would let me.
From the first day I walked into her office, she became one of my favorite drs ! I told her my concerns she listened, and she prescribed meds that helped me. shes smart as they come and I would refer anyone to her !!!
