Unfortunately there isn’t many doctors in my area who can assist with the chronic gastroparesis issues I have had. I had left this practice and doctor bc of the lack of care they have shown me time and time again. I got in with a specialist and my surgery was denied through insurance so I had NO CHOICE but to go back to get Botox injections. While there after my procedure I was in pain and crying. Dr Bauer and her assistant Rhonda were very compassionate and helpful . They listened to my concerns. Dr Bauer offered test and referrals to a specialist that were helpful in my issues. I couldn’t be more satisfied in my experience .
Dr. Bauer is an amazing doctor. She is knowledgeable, understanding and well-prepared for my visit. She already knows my test results and reads over notes from my other doctors so that she is able to approach my care from a comprehensive perspective. She is simply great!
