I cannot speak to the quality of care of Dr. Wong, but my experience with the receptionist was so terrible and shocking that I feel compelled to share for anyone else looking for information about this clinic. In short, upon calling to make an initial appointment, the receptionist laughed condescendingly at me twice, sighed the entire time I gave her my information, refused to share whether the doctor was in-network for me, and then hung up on me mid-sentence when I calmly said I changed my mind about scheduling the appointm... read more
Love working with Dr. Wong! She has taken time out of her busy schedule many times to meet with us and discuss the needs of her patients. She's also very responsive anytime we have questions. Highly recommend!
I was very pleased to have met Dr. Wong. I initially saw her for a consultation for an aggregated neck injury that I suffered in 2018. Dr. Wong listened to my needs and came up with a treatment plan that has yielded great results. She was able to think outside the box and try things others never had. I highly recommend her and am thankful for her help!
Dr. Wong has been amazing. She was able to help me with my lower back issues that I’ve had since my car accident when I was 19 years old and she gave me tips on how I can alleviate the paid moving forward. She has great bedside manners and explains everything in a way that you can actually understand. Have recommended her to family/friends and will continue to do so. Thanks Dr. W!
I was referred to Dr Wong for left hip pain. I visited her in Sept 2020. Dr Wong asked questions and moved my leg around, then diagnosed the problem as a strained frontal quadricep. I doubted this as the pain was not emanating from the front muscle. She recommended PT. 2 months of PT did not help. After X-rays & MRI and another doctor the problem was revealed to be a hip stress fracture and a labral tear.
