She identified that the virus V protein appropriates cellular machinery for ubiquitin-mediated degradation of cellular STAT proteins that are key transcriptional activators in the interferon signal transduction pathway.

Dr Ulane is a compassionate, warm and caring doctor who is also open, honest and thorough. She helps you feel heard and gives you the opportunity to share how you feel, and takes the time to understand what you are trying to describe. After seeing many neurologists, she is the best.
There are no words to describe the level of professionalism, care and most important, humanity that I have experienced from this team! I live in Miami and my mother in NYC, she is a patient at this institution and suffers a rare and complicated syndrome.
