I’m trying to get an appointment probably because I’m a new patient, the front desk lady told me she’s full for the last two months. Every date that I give it to her, she said no availability.
I started to see Dr. Bolton last year. On my first visit she listened to everything I said that was a concern to me. She took care of all that I had done in the last 11 years that I hadn’t seen a dr. I’m very pleased with her and her staff. I can’t say anything negative. Never had to wait, refills on time, calls back and rescheduled app for my own fault. She is a great Dr.
I had an appointment with Dr Bolton on Thursday and had to take time off work to attend. It took me two months to get a regular physical appointment. I waited in the lobby for an hour and asked twice about how much longer it would be. Then I was told that the doctor was running behind and I had to reschedule. I’ve never went to a doctors office and was forced to reschedule. Very unprofessional. Never going back there again.
Dr. Christina was super friendly, and made me feel very comfortable. She answered all of my questions and she gave truly professional advice. I finally can say I found a new Doctor and totally recommend her.
My husband & I both see Dr. Bolton & love her. She is great! I highly recommend her.
