This review would be ZERO stars if I could. It is for Sportherapy's billing department not their PTs. Their PTs are excellent but their billing department starting with Krissy Sedlak, is horrendous. I needed additional visits due to a major injury and she sat on the request for 2 months despite multiple emails from me. You can not call her (no phone number). You have to communicate via email only. Ridiculous and impossible to get things resolved. She never tried to get additional visits approved by my insurance compa... read more
Great people make it a great place- Luc, Jason, Andrew, Jamie, Kathleen, and of course the always helpful receptionist Madison. They seem to know the right amount of work to give you and it works! ----Gary Liniger
