千祈唔好搵 Christina Leung做你嘅地產經紀（Agent）！ 經 Christina Leung 租咗個basement，住進去簡直係一場噩夢！地下室發生嚴重污水倒流、馬桶異響，環境極度惡劣衛生堪憂。問題嚴重到連多倫市政府（City ofToronto 311） 同埋安省租務委員會（LTB）都已經正式受理兼介入！作為雙重代理（DualAgent），佢嘅所作所為完全無恥兼失職： 1. 官方認證衛生隱患，經紀依然無視：第三方官方機構都確認問題嚴重，佢自己在

As a first-time home buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent. Christina was incredibly patient, well prepared, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. There was never any hard sell, just honest guidance and support while always looking out for my best interest. Communication was excellent, with fast responses by phone and email. Even after closing, her after-service has been outstanding. I highly recommend Christina!
