Christina is a wonderful real estate agent to work with. She is knowledgeable, very responsive and reliable. After closing our deal, she followed up and kept me informed of First Time Home Buyers date submissions etc. She made sure we were comfortable and explained terms and the process very thoroughly. The fact she speaks Cantonese made it even more easy to converse and work with her. I've dealt with several real estate agents in the past and don't come across someone like Christina often. I'm so glad that it was Christina who helped me secure my first time home buyer transaction! She was actually on vacation in Hong Kong when I called her and told her that I wanted to put an offer for a property that we saw few months ago that reappeared on the market. Despite the complete flip in time zone, she stayed up late into her night to communicate with me and the seller in Toronto time.
