Christina Lanning is truly amazing at what she does. My husband & I were moving from Colorado to Kentucky for the army & we decided on buying our first ever house. Christina made the process so easy for us & all of needs and more were met! She listened to us & delivered what we wanted. Not a pusher like some realtors and allowed us to take our time. Truly grateful that our first time buying a house was with her as our realtor. Would 100% recommend her over & over again!
Christina hands down deserves 5 stars, through the whole process she always had a plan and a timeline to get things done. She always looked for the best deals in getting our house ready, and had soooo many tricks to help us achieve our final goal. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner in this journey for us. Working with Christina has been an absolute pleasure. Despite not being able to physically be with her through the process, Christina has worked very diligently and expeditiously for us when we asked her to, even going above and beyond and informing us on things we weren’t even sure but would play a big role in our decisions. She has been very friendly and professional and ended getting the house we loved.
If you’re in the KY or TN this is the go to realtor. Christina has went ABOVE and BEYOND for me in the home buying process. From going to view houses for me while I’m out of town (multiple) to guiding me through the first time home buying process Christina has been my go to gal whenever I needed something or had a question. She definitely knows her stuff and is such a sweetie!
