Been trying to get my medical records and itemized statement so I can get reimbursed. However, through Lam's Sutter Health team they've sent the wrong information, hung up on me while on the phone, and have outright ignored my emails. This has been ongoing for months. I had a pretty awful experience seeing Dr. Lam, too. So this rounds out my experience with the clinic.
Summary: Having Dr. Christina K Lam as my OB/GYN was a terrifying experience and I would never recommend her to any of my friends or family. I've gone to a new practice and have had a substantially better and less scary experience. I so appreciate having Dr. Lam as part of my OB team. All of the sutter PAMF OBs have been great so have as part of my care team. I feel heard and supported as a patient throughout my prenatal and postnatal care.
Dr. Christina Lam was my OB during my entire pregnancy and postpartum recovery. She took the time to talk to me about my pregnancy symptoms and postpartum recovery progress. She provided helpful tips and feedback. She was encouraging, supportive, and attentive. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an OB.
