The people who answered my phone calls were rude and unprofessional. I drove from palo alto,wasted gas and bridge toll just to get there to tell me my appointment was at 12:30 when I had clearly made it at 3:30. It was switched without any notification. Its upsetting people can be careless about there job and especially when it's about somebody's well being.
The dietitian Christie who I saw her was nice until she gave me hard time to obtain a letter to help me with victims compensation she tried to discourage me to get it and then said she would later mail it out to me because she was off a hour from my appointment how hard is it to type up a letter and then the fact she started questioning me like a cop that's super rude check yourself lady
