My husband and I are really happy with this office. We work directly with Stephanie Glass and she has been great! She is responsive and sensitive to our specific needs. We have coverage on a lot of different items from RVs, motorcycles and snowmobiles to homeowners and life insurance. Also, fair warning if you visit this office in person ... they always have delicious warm cookies at the front counter! It may be impossible to stop at just one. Thank you State Farm :)
I can honestly say I have the BEST agent with the BEST team available in the state of Nevada. They have seen me through EVERY auto, home owners, and life insurance scenario I have been presented with in my adult life including the purchase of my first home, the death of my father and the expansion of my family with each of my kids' births. They have been informative, patient, compassionate and understaing in every situation and never left me high & dry when I needed them. Thank you, Christina!!!
Christina's office has to be the friendliest, most honest, and competent insurance place in my long experience with insurance companies. I have had great experiences with at least 3 staff, the last was Mayra, who conducted an insurance review. I had a fantastic and very friendly experience with an agent named Mayra Padilla in Reno, NV office. She was very professional, kind, sweet, with great personality. Not to mention very articulate and convinced me to buy State Farm Insurance. I did buy the insurance because of her describing the policy in detail and also in the best interest of the client (me) and the State Farm. The team over in Christina's office is absolutely amazing. Getting my life policy squared away was seamless and everyone in the team was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I had, specifically with Mayra, she is amazing. I can't recommend this office enough.
