Christina's office has to be the friendliest, most honest, and competent insurance place in my long experience with insurance companies. I have had great experiences with at least 3 staff, the last was Mayra, who conducted an insurance review. Mayra reviewed every insurance item, double-checking accuracy and explaining the ins and outs of different coverage. She also brought up a few important considerations that led to a tighter policy. The team over in Christina's office is absolutely amazing. Getting my life policy squared away was seamless and everyone in the team was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I had, specifically with Mayra, she is amazing. I can't recommend this office enough.
I've been with Christina Kantrud for a few years, they've always been very helpful with claims. Today Jordan went above and beyond my expectations helping out to verify a letter as well as issue a check for a dividend I didn't even know I had. Jordan was amazingly helpful and provided me with excellent customer service exceeding my expectations. Can't recommend them enough!
