Hello , Dr .Jackson was very kind . The lady that answered the phone when calling the office more than 24 hours later to check on the whereabouts of a prescription , that was suppose to be called in the day before , was not customer friendly . After explaining the circumstances she said that “she would relay the message to the nurse, but also stated the office closes in 19 minutes and also said something to the fact that , if I get off the phone with you I can send the message”. Saw her mid 2023, she was condescending and dismissive. She told me my pain was nothing after a lackluster physical exam and no imaging. A couple months later my IUD spontaneously expelled. My new doctor ordered an ultrasound and I have ovarian cysts and fibroids. Scheduled for a hysterectomy this week. Dr. Jackson is rude and incompetent and I would avoid her.
