Dr. Kwon saved my life by taking a pap smear when my previous GYN would not. It was cancerous and she referred me to a robotic surgeon. My procedure was amazing.
I saw Dr. Kwon for the first time recently. I found her to be responsive, thoughtful and charming. She discussed my health concerns with me - at length. I felt listened to and cared for.
I found Dr. Kwon to be moody and cold. You have to work hard to get a little kindness and warmth from her. After a few visits I realized that she wasn’t worth the effort I had been putting in. I’ve since found a doctor who makes me feel valid as a patient….who I can actually have a conversation with. I’m so happy I left!
