My 14 year old is severely claustrophobic after 31 chemo/radiation treatments to the brain and spine after being diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor in 2012. My daughter has to have an MRI every three months. Most of these scans only last about 30 minutes and she is able to get through them without sedation by watching a movie.
