I appreciate the kind, caring, and thorough approach that the staff and veterinarian toward me and my pet.I brought my 14.5 year old cat, Peanut, in for treatment and tests, and I could not have been happier with how we were treated. The entire experience was the best vet experience I’ve ever had.
This was my first trip here for one of my cats. Fast, easy check-in. Very friendly and polite front desk staff. They kept me up to date all the way along as I dropped him off and went back to work. They keep this place very clean and well organized. Checkout was just as easy with clear billing. I appreciate the care that they give from start to finish, the professionalism, and transparency. Having a caring vet means the world for my fur babies. Thank you for being an amazing clinic!!
We brought our dog to Heart of Georgia Animal Hospital on February 12th and received the devastating news that he was in stage 4 kidney failure. While the outcome was heartbreaking, the compassion we experienced from the staff made all the difference. Rachel and Kayla were incredibly kind, patient, and gentle with both us and our dog.
