I had my first appointment with this endocrinologist, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Her bedside manner was extremely poor—she came across as cold and unapproachable. She spoke in a very low, monotone voice and barely made eye contact throughout the visit. The entire interaction felt rushed and impersonal. My Review is an echo of all the other 1 star reviews. Would wait over an hour till she finally arrived, would rush through and not listen to what I the patient had to say, incorrectly filed prescriptions and majority of the time had a bad/nasty attitude.
Had a horrible experience with the doctor’s office. Left messages for medicine refills for my husband, but all calls and messages were ignored. Refills weren’t ordered
Worst DOCTOR EVER. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO DONT CARE AND DONT CALL YOU BACK EVER!!! WHEN SHE SAID SHE WAS GOING TO, then this is the Dr for you lmao
By far the worst doctor ever, Dr. Pentlow never returns your call. This was my first visit to the office and I had blood testing done that was very critical and she never called me back I had to retrieve my blood testing my self from the lab. I don’t recommend this doctor at all.
