cancelled all future appointments with no warning, was a patient at this practice for 20+ years. very disappointing.
I have been a patient of Dr. Downer for 3 years plus now with no regrets. She and her staff are extremely kind and professional. My appointment waiting room times are always minimal, as her office is quite prompt. She, as a doctor, is fabulous and very knowledgeable. I do not doubt for a moment her passion for medicine but more importantly, long-term healing and health! I am not from Michigan and new to the area. I consider myself lucky to have her and her staff, in my corner. They all get 5 stars from me!! Randy W.
I have seen Dr. Downer on two occasions. Dr. Downer herself is personable and knowledgeable, but the office never answers the phone or returns phone calls.
