Was very disappointed when I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. De Santos and she refused to see me since I had not seen her since 2022. This is the only Obgyn I've been to for the last 20 yrs . I had issues setting up appointments in the past since every time you call they place you in a long hold just to set up an appt . Now I'm lost with no patient records , needing to find a new obgyn.
Last year when i had my baby i was supposed to get my tubes tied and instead she removed them her excuse was they didnt have the porper equipent i dont recomend her at all and she wasnt even there on time for babys birth and i live 45 min away and still no show
