Very professional and friendly. Christina has helped me immensely and answered all my questions. I definitely recommend her!
Extremely unprofessional and refused to respond to multiple attempts to find out the current states of quotes. Then went on vacation without notification leaving us in a bind to find a policy in time for the closing on our house. Terrible customer service. Almost as if she doesn't do this for a living.
