Every time I go I feel seen and heard. Christina takes time to talk through options, including working around financial/insurance issues, and she and her team are very available for answering questions via MyChart message (as well as in person). She seems well versed in medication management and mental health issues as well as general health, and clearly wants care to be patient-led. Umm honestly I had a great experience . I met dr Bruner and she made me feel very comfortable as I was a wreck and nervous . Her staff is so accommodating to all of my needs . The front desk is top notch . Lisa is great she goes out of her way to help you no matter what it is . It’s a very pleasant atmosphere. I would highly recommend this office to anyone that needs medical assistance
Not sure what the other reviews are about. Christina has helped me tremendously. I went through about 10 different doctors before I settled with her. She listens, shows compassion and has helped me with several issues. She’s never pushed prescriptions on to me, in fact she helped set up plans to get me off of prescriptions I was previously prescribed. Just trying to make a quick buck by prescribing unnecessary meds and pushing patients off to other departments to avoid doing her job. I came in about a year ago with serious arm pain. Was dismissed and instead referred to a psychologist after being talked down to, because according to her, my mental state was causing my pain. This "doctor" even bragged that she had a patient end up in the ER after misprescribing her mental meds! I went to the chiropractor down the street for my pain instead, where I was seen and heard. Doctor was very rude and judgemental. This person assumed my wife is abusing her drugs. This is NOT acceptable behavior for a doctor. Do NOT see this doctor.
