After struggling to find a new PCP after the one I had for many years moved out of New England, Brown paired me with Dr. Bortz. At first I was annoyed because my former PCP had been in my own city, and this one is across the state. But she is WELL WORTH the drive! I never felt like she was trying to get out of the room and onto the next patient.
