Went in for a follow up. Got there on time. At one point in my appointment I was told. “We don’t have time to go over 50 things I have people waiting” I was rushed through my follow up again. C. Andre needs to learn how to be more compassionate and listen to her patients. I feel I’ve wasted my entire time as her patient. Do yourself a favor and seek better care. I’m so dissatisfied and fed up with providers like her who don’t care for there clients. Live up to your oath and show some pride in what you do already
Had a great experience with Christina, she listened to my concerns, provided support, and was very professional. I am sad to hear she left Lovelace, where can I schedule with her again?
Met Christina today for the first time after calling every doctors office in NM and none of them accepting new patients, she welcomed me with open arms. She was so honest, personal and knowledgeable. I learned more today than I have from any doctor. She was kind, understanding and very funny as well. She is the first doctor that has listened to me and let me tell her about me rather than being told nothing is wrong with you and to get over it. Her team and nurses are also incredible. It’s unfortunate that I cannot leave a negative one star rating. Nurse practitioner Andre is the most unprofessional and uncaring medical “professional” I have ever had the misfortune of choosing for my medical care. Every month Since I began seeing Andre, I have had a problem with a prescription being filled. I would post a request on MyChart days, then to be safe a week or more And would never receive A response until I contacted Loveless to put in an urgent request.
