Dr. Andre has a very good bedside manner and is very approachable. She actually listened to me and addressed my issues quickly. Northwestern Medicine should count their lucky stars she works for them as I have seen others who do not listen and dismiss me. I had one who was like that… turned out I had lung cancer. She actually was issuing me, Prozac, and a referral to a psychiatrist. But Dr. Andre is not like that at all!! She is very through and acts on the patient’s best interest. I was a new patient and scheduled my annual physical after confirming with the office that it would be covered 100% by my insurance. During the appointment, I again asked Dr. Andree if everything would be fully covered, and was told yes. However, Dr. Andree ordered blood work during the visit, and I later received a bill for both the lab work and the physical.
