Honestly I give no stars at all . Jeanine gave me the worst hair cut ever. stylist did not listen to my words, or even look at the picture I brought. I stated no shorter than a specific length, had a photo and we talked. Yet she did as she wanted and I basically look like Buster Brown now, it is not even close to the style I presented a photo of and it is a good 5 inches shorter than I requested along with there is this random hunk cut in the top left side front that is not the length of anythign else (why!).
