My worst experience I ever had and I've owned 6 trailer in my lifetime. I owe a 2022 Redwood fifth wheel. The most highend fifth you can buy in Canada. My life goal was to buy one and I did. Had an issue with my air conditioner in the bedroom. Not a big deal because it was under full warranty. Christie's was suggest for repair. I contact them and they said they would make a service to the lake where you rv was. I then paid $450 for the call and diagnoses. This is the second time I have been to Christie‘s RV in the Sault for service. Each time I have been impressed by Kevin in the service department; the service is incredible. I do not live in the Sault but if I did I would not hesitate to buy a trailer there just because of the service. Thank you Christie’s RV and thank you Kevin for the exceptional service in two emergencies.
I needed some accessories for my trailer so I stopped in to see if they could help. They did! Staff was super friendly and helped me find what I needed. They answered my questions. I’m a first time rig owner and I didn’t feel judged for any questions that may be perceived as more simple. Prices are actually similar or better than market value here as well which is great.
