Great customer service and didnt take much to get things moving for a new trailer
Sault Ste. Marie’s Christie’s RV Centre one of the most dishonest RV n Jayco dealers around. I paid to have AC covers put on and they were stolen internally. I paid for a second pair and paid to have them put on. They failed to do so. I ask warranty ppl, service manager n front desk n parts manager. They didn’t do it. I complained to the only manager around and not in public. They turned around and cancelled my storage contract. We had a major problem with a water leak on our trailer on July 18, 2025. We are first time RVers and had no idea what was going on. Christie’s was recommended to us by a camper at the park, so we went there. We met Shawn and BJ. They told us to bring the trailer around and they had a look. They found a loose connection, fixed it and helped us reload the storage area. All at No Charge . We are so thankful to them. Daniel and Patricia
A huge shout out to the amazing staff at Christie's RV in Sault Ste. Marie. I needed a quick repair on my water fill intake. Without an appt., they diagnosed the problem on our Jayco RV and quickly fitted a replacement. BJ, the serviceman, after making the repair, also filled our fresh water tank. BJ was awesome! We were on the road again in no time.
