Jamie in the parts department went above and beyond his job description. My family and I were stranded 2 hours north of Sault Ste Marie on a Friday afternoon. There were no mobile repair mechanics available. Jamie gathered up the parts they had AND went into the city to another parts supplier to get what I needed. He then met me half way so I could perform repairs myself and get back on the road. You don't find this kind of employee very often. It was much appreciated!
