Christie did an amazing job cleaning up my daughter's wedding dress after Alterations by Christie's horrible job. Please DO NOT confuse the two as they are two different companies. Christie's Alteration added little touches to the dress adding eye hooks where needed as well as cleaning up the hem job. It previously had tulle hanging below the lace applique, threads hanging everywhere, and holes big enough to put two fingers through where the applique was not sewn on. scared to HAPPY! – Christie’s Alterations was very professional and efficient. As a bridesmaid, many of us are presented with unattractive dresses that we have to fork out 100-300 bucks for just one day of wear. I was forced to order a larger dress than normal due to the size of my bust. I decided to visit Christie’s shop after reading one of her great reviews from another satisfied customer. Wonderful Seamstress, Bargain Rates! I trust all of my alterations to Christie's. The prices are unbelievable and also I have noticed that unlike some alteration places, Christie's is very skilled at formal-wear. You really need a specialist to do that. It is nice to find someone who is an expert and can make all of our clothes look great.
