My wife loves Christie Nicolaides jewellery. Beautiful jewellery, shop and website.
I do not recommend this store. The first time I bought from them, they ran out of the ring I ordered and the store person was very rude about the situation. The second time, I tried to give them another chance, and the store says that because I used their click and collect service they cannot give me the hundreds of dollars of jewellery I ordered as there is no proof I haven't already picked it up as I ordered it a long time ago and forgot to pick up at the time. I never give negative reviews, but the the $400 earrings I ordered were so disappointing. They were clip on pearl/stone earrings. They were faulty, missing the silicone, so extremely uncomfortable to wear. I waited months for these to be in stock, and the pair I got is far from the photos or as described, with many issues in the stone, less than average pearls and actual faults with the clasps. I live in country Victoria so I have to order online. I have purchased four pair of earnings, when speaking to staff they are extremely helpful and pleasant, the packages when delivered are beautifully presented This jewellery is something to behold.
I ordered three pairs of earrings from this store. Unfortunately, only 1/3 were of decent quality. For the first pair ordered, after wearing them two times, a stone came out of one of the earrings I ordered. The second pair I ordered were beautiful; they looked exactly how they did on the website. Unfortunately, the third pair ordered for my wedding looked extremely cheap, nothing like the photos on the website. I would not recommend ordering from their website.
