Called this company as I thought they were the one my family always used as my elderly dad had ran out of oil, which caused a airlock. The lady explained that they weren't taking on any more new customers. I explained that I thought Ivor always came to my family home but couldn't be sure. I was told to check the boiler for a sticker, however I live in Belfast and my dad's in Ballymena, who is hard of hearing, so not easy to ring him to check. Fantastic family business. Ivor & Robert are good honest hard working people who will do their very best to help you should you have a boiler/heating problem. They have great knowledge and do not over charge. I would highly recommend.
