My home is three years old, and my windows are falling out of the frames when I try to raise them. I have green tape on some of the things in my home that should’ve been repaired the first year, and I don’t know why they weren’t. I love my home, but I really didn’t receive much help from the sales office. I called the home warranty people (foundation only) and got nowhere with them either. Just make sure when you buy a new home that you get your own inspector, and then have him come back before your year warranty is up just ... read more

Hard to believe it's been a year since we closed on our Christie home...We are extremely happy with our purchase, the pride in their work shows in their craftsmanship and in their interactions with customers. Everyone is always friendly and ready to help. During our Warranty year they were responsive to our questions and were quick to fix any issues that arrose.
