I had a very disappointing experience with this HVAC company. In July, their technician performed a coil cleaning on my system. About a month later, my AC unit began freezing up. After investigating, I discovered that the Schrader valve service port caps had been left off the valves. When I contacted the company, they refused to fix the problem and left me with the issue unresolved.
