More than once, the lab was not open One time I sat there 45 minutes and found out the lab person was not there. Christie did not know that. I then was sent to.Mattis in Champaign.
Not enough staff for drawing blood leading to long wait times. Another time labs was closed due to techs not coming into work. Don't waste your time at this location.
Blood lab tech is NOT very friendly. I had to wait for one hour to have my blood work. One lady sat next to me that she had to wait more than one hour.
