Just curious about its open hours. Several months ago I arrived at 11:45am on Saturday and a staff abruptly told me they won't accept any new blood draw 15 mins before they close. I told them if so the official open hour should be changed. Another day I checked in at 11am on Saturday and waited until ~11:55am to get my blood drawn. And during the waiting I found that even though it was already past 11:55am, a staff (not the same person as before) still accepted several patients to check in.
It's about 7:15, the desk is still not open, and over 20 people in line. This is not how a gealthcare facility should operate! It would be zero stars if I could.
They open at 7 and no one was there until 7:05 to check people in. Then someone checked in 10 plus people and waited for the blood to be drawn and no one was even back there to draw the blood. Nobody is still here, and it is 7:30, and there is no site manager to contact.
I arrived 10 minutes before the lab opened and I'm the 15th person in line. Without any way of checking in by electronic means beforehand, there was a rush of people to line up to check in. One person has already gotten frustrated and left. I did the math at 10 minutes past "opening time" when no employees had arrived.
