It's about 7:15, the desk is still not open, and over 20 people in line. This is not how a gealthcare facility should operate! It would be zero stars if I could.
They open at 7 and no one was there until 7:05 to check people in. Then someone checked in 10 plus people and waited for the blood to be drawn and no one was even back there to draw the blood. Nobody is still here, and it is 7:30, and there is no site manager to contact.
I arrived 10 minutes before the lab opened and I'm the 15th person in line. Without any way of checking in by electronic means beforehand, there was a rush of people to line up to check in. One person has already gotten frustrated and left. I did the math at 10 minutes past "opening time" when no employees had arrived. If they had 2 flobotomists working and could rotate patients through at 10 minutes each (from check in to walking out the door) it would have taken over an hour and a half to process the patients who were alre... read more
