Dr Helfer and his team have been excellent. Not only did they treat my medical condition with informative and prompt service, but they also navigated a particularly complex FMLA/short term disability claim with me, fielding calls from multiple parties across several days to make sure information was accurate and well understood. They were professional, patient, kind, and accommodating. Even when I was perhaps a bit frantic from time to time. I thank each of them and highly recommend the staff at Christie Clinic Urology
This is one star too many! Dr good did not take me seriously at all!! He said my problem was stress related and gave me 90 day supply of pill's. I had a exam as of yesterday. I have a prolapsed uterus!! Lying to patient's and senior citizen's is verbal abuse on the elderly & disabled!
Had a procedure on Thursday probably the most professional, personable and talented doctor I’ve ever dealt with.
Great doctor, very personable and extremely knowledgeable.
