One of the worst bedside manners of any physician that I've gone to. Conscientious. Brilliant. Excellent bedside manner. Superb listening skills.
Dr. Nugent is wonderful, and so is her staff. I have been seeing her for over 2 years for serious GERD issues, and now have a hiatal hernia. She discussed my options with me in depth, and told me which procedures she would not recommend, AND WHY, and explained why she felt like the procedure she did recommend was the best option, and referred me to a general surgeon that SHE would go to if it were her. Having been treated by Dr. Nugent 16 yrs ago, the care was EXCEPTIONAL !!! That is why, now needing a Dr. in her field, I requested and will wait for an appt. with Dr. Nugent. She is the BEST Dr. I have been to in over 40 yrs.
