Really, really, really bad communication skills within Nurse Jennifer Stern's team to the point where my care was severely neglected. A VERY treatable derm issue went grossly undertreated, despite my clear communication of worsening condition in my patient messaging and repeated phone calls to ask for additional help. Support staff fine, very kind, - doctor was rude to the point of hostility towards me. Even though I like my provider Jenn Stern very much, I am not sure I want to go back for more of the doctor's abuse. Her name was Morales.

I called to make an appt to have a mole checked and possibly removed and they were booked out 3 months. That's okay, I can wait my turn. A week before my appointment they called to cancel because the doctor works in Mahomet on that day now. I asked to keep my appointment with the Mahomet office instead of Champaign but they had already given MY appointment to someone else and if I'd like to reschedule it would be at least another 3 months. No thanks.
