My doctor recently retired, which was known months ago. I saw the physician assistant two weeks ago. When I went for my INR today, I was not yet in the system. I had been assured that my name would immediately be put in the system for Dr.Trager. This did not happen. It does not inspire confidence in Cardiology. The lab receptionist had to go to Cardiology to put my name in. In the meantime, several patients who came in after me had their blood drawn ahead of me.

Was 30 minutes late. Want's to wait for insurance to cĺèaŕ before doing any testing. Ask same questions more thanonçè
Had an 11am appointment for my husband. Was not told doctor was running later untill 25 minutes after appointment time. Saw doctor walking around in back. Left very disappointed with Christi
