So The department that does PETSCANS waa very rude to my father. He was the first appointment of the day. He is very easy going and gentle. They treated him as if they were annoyed at his presence. He didnt even say anything to me about his treatment until weeks later. He asked during the procedure if someone could please wet his lips as he was experiencing anxiety and dryness. They were very annoyed at this request and did so begrudgingly. In fact the whole procedure was treated as if he was an inconvenience and a nuisance.... read more
Kenneth Evans, PA-C — Never had a chance to meet this person who changed his schedule which subsequently cancelled my medical appointment and I was notified by a letter that came in the mail. Very insensitive way to this as i’ve been experiencing issues for a long time. I made this NOVEMBER APPOINTMENT IN JULY. Since i’m late to finding this scheduling issue out I now have to wait even longer for another appointment, if this is how you treat future patients.. i don’t want to ever be an actual patient.
