Got to my appointment and the office staff was rude and lectured me about my insurance card. They were upset because I had just gotten my card and didn't have time to change my PCP on it yet, and that really upset them. The day after my appointment I called for a medication refill because I was very low. The staff said Dr. Lee will have to 'decide' whether or not to send my refill in. I didn’t go to this location, but Melissa (hope I spelled correctly) answered my call and helped me in more ways than 1!! Very appreciative of her and she has good people skills! Keep her around, she’s a good one 😊
Dr. Roberts is a Great doctor and his staff are awesome to work with!!!!
Excellent service and care. No issues or complaints. We were mildly annoyed once when they wanted blood drawn and we got bumped to the end of the lab queue and had to wait a while. But, even that is understandable. Dr Lee is excellent and the first doctor we have had that actually wanted to find out the cause behind things instead of just prescribing meds.
