Well we paid cash for the replacement of our roof in mountain home, was told one date to start, and that it will take 2 days to finish, well to stop answeringand coming by that is. However they started 2 wks later and it took 5 wks for them to finish. They left the tree limb all around my yard, im still finding nails, the gutter was ripped off and not replaced, a sharp bent part was left hanging where the gutter use.
